Her practice includes divorce, parenting concerns, child and spousal support, property concerns, safety and protection concerns, separation agreements, cohabitation agreements and marriage contracts. Known for her thoughtful advocacy, Aarushi works to advance her client’s rights, while promoting high impact, practical and meaningful resolutions.
Aarushi takes a personalized, adaptable approach to family law, tailoring her strategy to each client’s unique circumstances. With experience in litigation, mediation and negotiated settlement, she works to identify the most effective path forward for every client.
Education & Experience
Aarushi earned her L.L.B. at Leicester University in the United Kingdom, after completing a double major in Political Science and History from the University of Toronto. She commenced her legal career at a boutique firm in Brampton, Ontario, where she worked in the areas of family law and criminal law. It was there that she discovered her true passion for family law, which has guided her practice ever since. Prior to joining Bair Family Law Aarushi, practiced exclusively in family law at a boutique firm in Barrie Ontario. During this time, she became well acquainted with the Simcoe County legal community. This experience has shaped and sharpened her litigation skills and allowed her to build a network of specialized resources. It has also allowed her to build relationships with practitioners and the bench which assist her in generating fluid, efficient and first-rate outcomes for her clients.

Aarushi is a member of the Simcoe County Law Association, the Simcoe County Family Law Lawyers Association, as well as the Canadian and Ontario Bar Associations. Aside from practicing law, she enjoys reading, traveling, baking sweet treats and listening to true crime podcasts.
