Position – Associate Family Lawyer – Permanent, Full-Time

Requirements for Success:
- a minimum of 3 years of experience working in Family Law
- strong strategic management skills
- an orientation toward progressive dispute resolution and high client satisfaction
- training and/or experience in Collaborative Family Law, Mediation and Judicial Dispute Resolution is an advantage
- a keen understanding of the business of the practice of law
- the ability to thrive in a high-performance organizational culture
